Submitting media

If you wish to include photos or other graphics in your memorial, there are several options to consider:

1. Scan your pictures and email them along with a description of a layout preference to Web Memorials.
   (Please save your images as .jpg or .gif files)

2. Mail the pictures directly to us for processing via regular mail. We will return the pictures to you the same way.

3. If you don't want to send your pictures through the mail, you can take them to a copy center such as Kinkos and have the pictures scanned to disk for you. These disks can be mailed or forwarded to us via email for processing.

   You may also be able to make high quality color copies of photos and send them to us for scanning. The copies will not be returned.

We only need to verify by your pass word that you are the one who originally submitted the memorial which is typically done by using our change form which safeguards your pass word.

Please proof the text you are submitting carefully before you place your memorial online.

Changes to memorials are usually processed monthly or sooner if time permits.
